Question / Help Having Trouble With Lag

OK, I have to say obs is great. But, When I look at other videos on YouTube that are recorded with obs, They are super fast. When I record, My game is fine, when I look at obs it seems fine, But when I go into my recordings folder it's laggy like hell. It keeps freezing, and sometimes, in my game (Minecraft) I'm currently recording skywars, When I kill someone the recording is so laggy, I can't even SEE what I did. Please Help.

Your system is overloading.
