Hello! I have been trying my hand at streaming but am unable to stream FPS games without serious stutters at one point my graphics card stopped working and recovered.

What settings should I be able to use?

http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4950199289

Specs

Video Card : AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series
Ram : 8 gig of Ram
CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Windows 10
Windows Resolution: 1920x1200 (16:10)

Any advice would be appreciated.

Here is a quick log from today CS:GO with the setting you suggested when i watched the video back it felt really pixalated
Having a 16:10 moniter seem to be a problem for me finding the sweet spot as far as resolution do you have any advice?
I have "Stretch to fit screen" ticked currently.
With my current setup will I ever be able to move to 60 FPS?

Thankyou for your help :) very appreciated Dping

Run this tool for your region:

post screenshots of the results. This tool will give you an accurate max of what your ISP can provide to a twitch. Not to say to use the bitrate it gives but I will advise you once I see the screenshot.

about 60fps, yiu are kind of right where you need to be as for CPU load so I would honestly say any more would put either to much strain on the stream or the encoder. TBH, you bought an i5, you are getting i5 performance while streaming. Pert of the reason people buy i7s is to hit higher quality (lower preset), which is not necessarily with 60fps either.

One last advise is to remove any -threads or -high launch options from CS:GO then post another log where you streamed
