Question / Help Having trouble getting animated overlay to work in Media Source

I have an animated overlay I am trying to use with the media source.. I add file(.mov), have it on loop etc but the preview screen stays grey and nothing gets added if I put it in.. Anyone experienced this before or have any idea where to start with this?

I am still having issues and am struggling to find anything online. WebM files and Mov files are acting the same.. Both just don't load anything into the preview screen or add anything to the scene when placed in.. Not sure if its a setting I am missing or what.. Any thoughts?
