Question / Help Having trouble getting an IP address from an security camera system to show up on OBS. Tried to put the ip address under media sources, not working..

Tried downloading VLC media player, not sure how that will help, tried the vcs plug-in, not sure I did that right either.
 
When I put the IP address online, it gets picked up quick by Flash Player. Is there a way to capture that IP address with OBS? I guess that's my question.
