Doing a youtube show where we react to clips. In the first scene it's the three of us to the right side of the screen and the left side is the clip viewing source. Have a second scene where its just our three heads, and another three scenes, one for each of our individual cam sources. It only shows up in one of the scenes. Is nesting the answer? Am I able to do this with obs? It seems only one scene will work at the same time. I can pay up to $100 for the service. Thanks

Add additional instances of the same webcam with the "add existing" option, not with "add new". If you add with "add new", the webcam device is accessed multiple times, but it is able to output to one source only.
In case you need individual clipping, don't use the crop filter but crop by holding down the ALT key and drag the source borders.
In case you need individual filters, don't apply the filters directly to the webcam source but put the webcam source into a group and apply the filters to the group.
