Question / Help Having trouble capturing chrome

Hi there,

First post so sorry if something's not right. I use OBS to stream a web browser game, and Chrome has recently not been capturing in OBS. If I try to add a window capture for Chrome, nothing shows but a black screen (but the cursor still shows if I check that off). Other applications work fine even if I use window capture for it. I saw another thread with a similar issue, but the solutions it offered (making sure flash in Chrome was updated, updating drivers, etc.) didn't work.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That's the only solution for Chrome. You could also try a different browser like Firefox.

That's unfortunate, there's a lot of important extensions on Chrome that I use. Do you know if this is a result of an update to Chrome or OBS or something? I used Chrome for nearly a year with no issues before this one.
