Question / Help Having some trouble with streaming, I get lag spike in my Game from time

I know this gets asked a lot but I am having issues streaming, mostly it is StarCraft2, World of Warships, Life is Feudal, WORLD OF WARCRAFT, and others.

Get rid of the x264 custom settings entirely, set the max bitrate to 2000 and set the buffer size to equal the bitrate.

I can't get life is feudal to stay running when i try to stream with OBS. Crashes my game every time i try to do anything.
