Having promlem streaming with obs and stream labs

Im new and just getting into streaming I have 1080 card with i7 7700k 64gb of ram and 100mbps of up and download speed I tried streaming in 1080, 910 and 720 output but my stream gets frame drops, delay and buffring. But when i stream with gforce experience i dont get any problems, can someone help me?

1. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".
2. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
3. Update your Windows.
4. Run OBS as Admin.

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.
