I will be as much detailed as i can.
I have a i5 2500k 4.5Ghz, 16gb ram and a 760gtx.
I didn't have any problems streaming till i found about the new requirements about streaming to twitch so i looked at the settings and i put everything as it says. I tried streaming and i got an Excellent on the dashboard but when i preview my stream (also my friend saw it) it looked like i was streaming with/from a potatoe. I made the OBS box bigger and there the quality is perfect.
I did everything that is said in the site.

I tried 700p(1.50), 860p(1.25) and my native resolution 1050p (1680x1050) 30 fps nothing helped. Tried 2100 kb/s for 700p and 860p and 2500 for 1050p nothing helped. I get always a green box in OBS, never gets yellow or something mixxed.

Here is my speedtest to Amsterdam: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/2902950586
I was using a scene with only monitor capture with aero disabled.
I saw 2 warnings in the log file.
Here is the log file:

Re: Having problems with obs

i read your text ... but i didnt saw the problem

the logs is fine in case of frame lagged and dropped but you have to get rid of those monitor captures use game capture instead if possible and window capture

Re: Having problems with obs

I use monitor capture to capture my desktop, i didn't played any games with the new settings when i saw the quality. I normally use game capture for games.

Your keyint is wrong, check again to remove the spaces.

Re: Having problems with obs

Oh my God, it's fixed O.o it was because of the space between it.
