Question / Help Having problems with encoding overload even with low settings

I suddenly started to have encoding overload problems while recording. Then I decided to change some settings, like changing from NVENC to x264 and vice versa, lowering settings, bitrate, fps, resolution, nothing works.
I tried updating my graphics card's driver too, still no results.
I used to play games like League of Legends with 15000+ bitrate at 1080p30fps.
Now even at 8000 bitrate with 720p30fps I still get frequent freezes.
Also I noticed that my OBS takes way too long to stop recording.

These are my recent logs:

Just an idea, try 6000 bitrate with 720/60, use NVENC. Friend of mine had the same problem with using a too high bitrate with the x264 and his CPU couldn't handle it.

I'm pretty sure that won't work, I used to use NVENC, I was just trying x264 out of desperation, because nothing worked, and going for 60fps when I'm already having troubles with 30fps doesn't sound like a good idea.

your setup is a mess and you are maxing this slow cpu with x264

enable vsync in game

Like I said, I was just trying to change somethings I do not really use x264. I'm already using vsync ingame and I had settings very similar to your acreenshots, except my preset was high performance, I will try once again going back to my original settings and will upload the logs.
