Question / Help Having Problems Using OBS!?

I use Fraps, and it works fine. I can record in 1080p with no lag at all, and post it to YouTube as soon as I am done recording and it isn't choppy at all. When I use OBS it lags me in game much more, and also the recordings only go for 3 seconds the freeze, or stay choppy the whole time. Also when I upload them they are choppy no matter what... Please help? I don't know what I am doing wrong.

You need to use quality other than "same as stream" and set the encoder to the software low cpu use.

Other than that you're just plain overloading your system.
