Question / Help Having problems syncing Virtual Camera audio from OBS to Zoom

Hi!
I have connected my Sony Z7 camera to OBS via Elgato HD60 to Win 10 notebook. I need to stream both the video and audio from this camera through Zoom. I cannot get the audio in sync with the picture in Zoom. I'm sure I've tried every setting, but if someone has any suggestions, that would be great!

Try to do a sync offset
