Having problems streaming. need help

have tried to,
use a new internet cable, speedtest (around 20+ upload on one of my nearest server, but in a caribbean island) bought a new pc, tried different bitrates on obs, turn off firewall, many other things

If im correct it’s that pc.

games runs ok, but only stream gets dropped frames. I can’t stream well.

3 weeks I could. please help. I really want to stream and it’s a big help.

I can’t connect to Twitch servers and stream properly.

Idk what to tell ISP about this. they said internet is fine but an employee is coming today.

I want to stream on twitch. encoder nvec. bitrate even at 2k drops frames.
 
The OBS stats window (View, Stats) has counters for frames missed due to rendering lag, encoding lag, or dropped due to network.
Which of these counters is getting bumped? The first two mostly indicate computer overload, the last is network.

Run Windows Task Manager while you stream. It will show how much CPU, GPU, and network is being used by OBS, your game, and other programs. The "network" percentage is percentage of local network, not of your Internet, but it WILL show whether OBS or you game is the biggest network user.

I presume that you have an Ethernet connection between your computer and router, not WiFi?

hello sir! So I actually have dropped frames, not from rendering or encoding. GPU and CPU spikes are not even close to 100% during streams.

yes ethernet connection. I still haven’t solved the issue
 
2K seems like a low video bitrate.
What is your frame rate? We use a bitrate of 2.5 or 3K to stream at 30 FPS (cameras)
Google, or searching these forums, should give you lots of tips for picking parameters for streaming games.

so i managed to fix the issue. it was I had to update drivers.
