having OBS just opened no recording or streaming makes my PC run laggy/delayed now

yeah i'm not sure what caused it but it wasn't like this before, not sure what update it was that started to make my OBS run bad but i attached a log of a session i had of streaming if that could help figure something out. just having it open makes everything run laggy, opening up browser, typing, it just runs delayed/laggy/slow but closing it, everything runs smooth. i have a pretty high end PC so i really don't understand.
