Man can i tell you ive been working nonstop to find the best settings for me. and my stream before i start but now im pretty burnt out.. nothing seems to work as i want to. and im just slowly and slowly dying inside . now im resorting to help from you guys so. without further waiting here are my oficial problems...

1. ive been testing my sound my videos and my camera by recording small clips and testing things .
here are my results.
i get really choppy audio and literally unplayable video from me recording and or playing games. ive recently had alot of frame drops but i think i fixed it .
also when playing games i can hear my mic perfectly fine but the ingame sound is really shit. idk why . been using overwatch to example my games.
everything sounds low and ive maxed everything out volume wise. idk if that will be the same on stream

ive also been using a program called voicemeter btw if that helps at all

2. my confusions in my streaming settings

idk if i should rescale it idk..
Rate control CBR
Bitrate is 3500 (140 down 20 upload btw)
keyframe interval 0
Cpu usage preset Fast - ( idk if i should go to medium or higher with my 8 core cpu)

3. Recording

recording format mp4
encoder x264
rescale output 1440p

what are the best settings for obs for my pc specs? please help because i think my settings are all over the place . i need help

Try Tools, Auto configuration wizard.

Let us know what platform you are streaming to as well please.
Im Streaming to twitch

i used the auto configure tool and it resulted in great results but one.....

everything is resolved im able to stream at 1080 60fps at 6000 kbps but now when i start playing and streaming im getting these really subtle but not that subtle microstutters. my fps never goes lower then 130 but it bounces around like crazy in obs it is saying im getting alot of frame losses in about 2 minutes of test streaming i lost 2% so every minute is a frame . its not smooth at all it isnt unplayable but it isnt to my liking of smooth. even in game it isnt smooth its both. i tried setting a frame cap didnt work. my cpu and nvidia graphic card usage never really go more then 55% so it isnt a overload i will post my new logs here maybe u can check it out for me or anyone

If you have problems with recording and streaming at the same time,
is your recording's encoder set to "(use stream encoder)"?

Your most recent log file doesn't show "Streaming stopped". Try to stop it first then show us log file.
