Question / Help Having Issues with Studio

Recently, I've been experiencing some issues with Studio. While trying to add a video capture device, the device just doesn't register, and I also can't use window capture, but monitor capture is entirely fine. When I went and downloaded OBS Classic, I was able to use my webcam, but nothing else. So I can't use my webcam or window capture in Studio, but for some odd reason I can use my webcam in Classic. Anyone have any ideas on what the issue might be?
 
Without a proper log it's hard to say, but it sounds like something is interfering with Studio and Classic, usually some type of anti-virus.

How would I go about retrieving a log?

EDIT: I found the logs and compressed them into a zip. I went ahead and attached them. Thanks for the help. (These logs are for OBS Studio)
