Having issues with my headphones or my mic.

My OBS started to have issues with either my mic or my headphones shortly after I updated my Windows 11. Now when I record I sound like I'm in a tube a mile away. I have no issues with any other program or app using my mic or headphones.
I've also checked and double checked my system settings in Windows and still I'm in a tube a mile away.
