Question / Help Having issues with CPU usage when using NVENC

I recently changed my encoding settings to nvenc to help with my cpu usage when streaming more demanding games. I had great success with changing it to nvenc as I had no issues for a few days until today when obs suddenly starts using my cpu for encoding again instead of my GPU even though I changed absolutely nothing. I checked my settings on obs just to make sure nothing has changed and there wasnt anything that had changed at all. I switch it back to the old encoding setting that uses the CPU and then back to nvenc just to see if that would fix it. I had no luck. I even updated my graphics card drivers and nothing.
