Having Issues Streaming

Heya guys! Had an issue streaming here for quite a bit. I have tried basically everything I can think of. It was great for two days or so then has just been awful ever since..


That is the log from my last attempt to stream.

I've tried changing bitrates, enabling/disabling QOS on my router, disabling/enabling UpNp, Enabling/Disabling video recording through windows and xbox app. I've tried a separate program, two streaming programs and discord..
