Hey there. So I am trying to set up a stream on Twitch. I will play a few games but mainly League of Legends.
So when I set up my stream and tried to do it, I had an increase of in game lag. Shooting from 45ms to max 180ish. I found a resolution to this by decreasing my FPS in the OBS client, and increasing the bitrate and buffering, but then my stream itself was chugging a lot. Any help to stabilize this would be greatly appreciated.
Here are my specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700HQ CPU 2 4.40GHz 2.4GHz
RAM: 8.00GB
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 765m
Windows 8.1
