Question / Help Having High CPU,Encoding Overloading While Trying To Stream On OBS To Youtube!

Hello, So i have been having issues lately on trying to stream on OBS, everytime i try to stream on OBS to Youtube while playing a game it shows encoding overloaded and when im also playing a game The CPU Goes up from 1.0 percent to 15-20 percent in just seconds please help i have a (Intel (R) Core i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.71 GHz x64 based processor!)

My OBS Settings Are:

(Encoder x264) (Rescale Output 1280x720) (Rate Control CBR) (BitRate 2500) (Keyframe Interval) (2) (CPU Usage Preset) (veryfast) (Profile Main) (Tune) (None) (Base Resolution) (1920x1080) (Output Resolution) (1280x720) (Downscale Filter) (Bicubic 16 samples) (FPS Value 30)

According to your log, you use preset fast for x264, which is too straining for your CPU. Use preset veryfast. If you still get encoding overload, switch the encoder from x264 to Quicksync (QSV), which will eliminate any CPU shortage.
 
Thank you for that but i have another question, While i am streaming a game my CPU Still Goes up from 1.0 or whatever it is before i stream to 15-20.0 or a little bit more, is that normal or is that a problem cause i am not geting lag but my CPU is going up to around there please tell me if it is or not Thanks!
