Hey, whenever I start streaming, my fps drops down to under 30 fps when it should be over 60. It usually drops below 20. I don't know what's causing this because it didn't happen on my laptop which is a lot worse than my desktop. My friend has a bit of a worse PC than me and I have just as good, if not better, internet as him, but he isn't getting any problems. I've tried almost everything so now I'm coming here. I'll post my log file (I'm new so sorry if I do this wrong and if the error is easy to spot).
