Having an issue with replay buffer / recording.

Basically, when I'm recording after about 5 - 15 seconds my OBS preview will freeze and stay frozen. Never had this issue for years. I'm recording with high settings; 240fps, but I've been able to do this for years so I wouldn't think that the high settings would be an issue for my pc.

I've tried updating and downgrading my NVIDIA drivers. The issue keeps persisting nevertheless.

Try disabling some Windows gaming features first, this includes Gamebar, and GameDVR.

You can find the steps in how to do so in either of these 2 links, I personally prefer doing it with the Registry Editor method.

Also try turning Game Mode off and turn it back on to make sure it sets a registry key, then try again. Don't forget to send another log.

Still the same? Based on your log, you're running Display Capture and Game Capture in one scene, only use one capture method per Scene. Preferably Game Capture for better performance.

If that still doesn't work, disable "Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling" in Windows Settings. There have been reports that HAGS doesn't cause issues anymore on RTX 40 Series and I haven't had trouble with it being turned on either.

Updating Chipset Drivers for your Processor can also help with stability, make sure you have the right one.

I deleted the display capture scene and disabled HAGS and restarted my pc and so far replay buffer hasn't lagged yet. I think it might have worked but gonna test some more later to see. Thanks for your help
