Question / Help Having an issue with my recordings. Choppy recordings

Hi guys, this is my first post here. So, I've recently been using OBS Studio to record gameplay in Overwatch and everything has been working fine. Until the latest update. That's when recordings started becoming choppy and laggy even though the game works just fine. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated. I've uploaded the log files from OBS. Hello.Thanks for your reply. I'll try it out right away to see if there's any improvement. I would like to clarify something. When you say cap your FPS, do you mean in OBS or in game?

My frame rate setting in game is display based with the monitor capping it at 60 FPS. Is this okay or should I cap it even lower?
