Bug Report Having an error on start up on obs

When i try to start up obs all that pops up is a little window with text saying
"Error parsing X file
'C:\Users\Darrion\AppData\Roaming\OBS\sceneCollection\scenes.xconfig" im not very technically savvy but i could use the help to figure out how to fix this. Sorry for not posting or attaching the minidump thing, but as i said i cant even open OBS.

Also having this issue. Deleted file. Started OBS again. Get the same error again. Something deeper is happening than the usual corruption.
 
I cant find the proper file path to get to the file you told me to mention when i get to checking my user appdata isnt showing up. i also tried completely uninstalling it and reinstalling it and the error still persists
 
Use the "remove user settings" option when uninstalling if you're still having trouble.
