Question / Help Having a audio problem with OBS and LGP. Please help.

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I use a C875 AverMedia Live Gamer Portable with my Xbox One to stream using the new OBS. For some reason I'm having audio issues.

You can see the vod here: https://www.twitch.tv/thoughtshift/v/101510527

I tried turning everything off and checking my cables and then it was just completely silent. After relaunching OBS yet again it goes back to the stuttering. Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else had this problem? I'm thinking it may be on OBS's end because when I play music from my Desktop it picks it up fine. I can hear the audio from my game clearly as well it's just on the stream it stutters. Would appreciate some help. Thanks!

Could anyone please help me out? This is keeping me from being able to stream and I don't know how to fix it. I've tried everything.

You didn't post a log so there's not much info to go on here. Make sure Stream Engine is installed and add Stream Engine as your video capture device source.

How do I post a log? Also, I have Stream Engine installed but the only thing that shows up as an option under Video Capture Device is "AVerMedia C875 Capture".

Make sure you're running the 32-bit version of OBS. Stream Engine doesn't have a 64-bit DirectShow driver.

Okay, I see now how to post a log. However, I'm running 32-bit OBS and the Stream Engine option still isn't coming up for me.

Back again with still no luck. I'm running the 32-bit version of OBS with the LGP Stream Engine as my Video Capture Device. I also have the LGP Stream Engine running with all of my settings configured. I'm still getting a choppy stuttering in the audio for my streams.

Here's an example of what it's doing:

This is very frustrating for me as I've been wanting to stream for months but haven't been able to because of this terrible audio issue. No one I ask knows what to do to help me and I really want to get back streaming again! So if anyone can help me I'd be very appreciative.

From your log:

OBS audio settings: 44.1 Khz
17:05:27.653: audio settings reset:
17:05:27.653: samples per sec: 44100
17:05:27.653: speakers: 2

AVerMedia C875 Capture:
17:05:40.722: sample rate: 48000

Try setting OBS audio sample rate to 48 Khz. (Also check Windows audio rate is set to 48 Khz)

You are not using last OBS version. It´s recommended to update to last version.

It worked! Thanks a lot. I can finally go back to streaming with no problems. I was starting to think something was wrong with my capture card.
