Question / Help havening a problem with stream

well am streamer on live me app
and they give us url to stream with mine not working but my borther url is working and when i texted them they r saying that there's no problem and i should contact you (obs) to knew why u blocking my link from streaming on there website
tried url for my friends it's working too but mine don't

OBS doesn't block anything, if your details are correct then OBS should be able to connect. Make sure there's no 3rd party software like a firewall interfering. Other than that, you would need to contact the owner of the server you're streaming to in order to find out why it's refusing your connection.
