Ok, so over the past half a year, Ive been trying to set up a stream. Ive set it up with webcam and tried to fire up league of legends, but I have these wierd sort of lags that is very hard to describe, but I will try it anyway!

In the stream, everything looks perfect - no laggy picture, no fps drops or anything. But when I have the stream started with the open broadcaster software, i kinda feel like scrooling the window to the sides (moving the mouse to the sides) makes the picture lag a bit. The game show no FPS drops and no ping drops, but I just feel like the game lags when I play with the stream started. I can stop it, and then its fine again.

In a way, for me, it feels like the grafics cant really follow up with my eyes - because the game is playable, but for me its just very wierd and annoying to play when it feels like this. So, ive done a LOT of setting changes, but no luck - so, I was hoping maybe anyone could help me out here, anyonce have a solution, or experienced this?

So the game performance feels sluggish while streaming? If that's the case, then you'll need to lower your encoding settings.

Looking at your log, you have some very strange encoding settings, and most of them don't confirm to Twitch's requirements. First, to go to your OBS Settings > Encoding tab, and make sure that you do everything the red text tells you to. Then go to this site to get a quick judge on what your bit rate, FPS, and resolution settings should be: http://obsproject.com/estimator

If the estimator tells you that you can stream at 1080p, then I actually recommend you downscale to 1280x800 instead, since you're concerned with performance.
