Have usb but setting up new controller

HI there, I used OBS with my old set up of traktor s2 mk3 and obs to stream on twitch but i've just got a new set up and it wont play the audio.

I have a pioneer DDJ-FLX6 running Rekordbox and output thro speakers is fine but although its showing on the desktop options, no sound is showing on the channel.

any idea?
