Have problems with multistreaming and virtual cam.

Hi i have problem with OBS multistreaming and virtual cam, i think problem is with birate. https://obsproject.com/logs/M4PDw2izRpx5yjZI When i want to stream to couple platforms i can't. My main streaming platform are Twitch and now i want to go live on youtube or tiktok. When i go Live on Twitch and youtube i set, like example 12000 bitrate then my stream works on youtube but on twitch it's black screen if i do 6000 there is good stream on Twitch but youtube nothing. If i want to go live on twitch and tiktok, for tiktok i use virtual vertical cam which i send on tiktok live studio and then i try to start stream. But when i enable virtual vertical cam on OBS and try to start stream it show me a error tablet where it say (if you are on NVENC or AMD encoders plz make sure you are up to date) i check for updates there is no one. So if i want to go stream just on Twitch with no virtual cams or multistreaming everything is good. If go stream on

The issue look like coming from the streamelements plugin. You should contact them directly. This plugin is known to break OBS and it's advised to completely remove it.
