have overlay on record and/or stream OVER transitions

Hello. Using some stinger transitions in my live stream, but every time i switch from a scene to another, teh overlay logo i cloned on all the scenes goes behind the transition (to reappear at the end of the transition).
Is there a way to put the logo OVER the whole "program output"?
