Have no sound playback recording.

I just got some wireless headphones from 5 below to try to record my sims 4 game with. I can get the sound to play as im recording the game but, When I go to playback the recording I get NO sound from the recorded clip. I had google and search the forums for an answer and got nowhere. I kept playing around the sound settings and still not resolved. Please Help Me. I don't want to find another software.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
