Hello i have a new laptop which i want for recording games on obs, and i thought the better specs would only higher processing quality and encoding, but it seems that the sound is lagging on the recording and the task manage seems to say the usage is very high for obs with this setup. I remember last time there was a particular encoder which was suggested but i think that this pc would be better with a different one. I have run the wizard for recording and i am still getting the message that the encoding is overloaded while i record.
I have attatched the dxdiag.
Any help would be much apprecated.

Use the Auto-configuration Wizard and apply the recommended settings.
Now please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

Ok so i did the recording after the wizard and restarting (as administrator) the recording was 1:30 and it said encoder overload and also the audio seems to not work properly, not just when recording but as soon as i open obs the whole pc audio cuts out and possibly im only hearing one channel (i can hear talking on a video but no background music for example)
i clicked analyze and a few problems came up, and it is quite confusing as it says there are multiple problems.
Here is the log https://obsproject.com/logs/GU8mii3_jkBEXN3X What should i do now?
