Might be unrelated to hots, but i post my log anyways so you can see if anything is funky. I dont know what "RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Aborting due to bStopping" means, anyone?

I usually stream at 1680x1050 and 3K speed and q7, but for this test i went down in resolution, speed and quality to see if it helped at all. still some freeze lag but less.

When i play back from video on twitch its no lag that i can see. but watching it live, it was definately laggy

Everything looks normal.
Don't watch streams and stream at the same time, you don't have the resources to do so.

Aborting do to bStopping means that you are hitting Stop Streaming. Strangely, your log is showing no lagged or dropped frames at all.
