Question / Help Have a problem whit facebook live

every 50 minutes the obs disconnects me when I'm transmitting on facebook live, can someone give me some tip, I reconnect and after 45 or 50 minutes it cuts again, any idea that might be?
I have Windows 7 64b 8gb RAM Intel core I5
 
Just to be sure, did you use Intel Quick Sync as your encoder?

I did experienced this a lot to Facebook Live with Intel Quick Sync. While I do get annoyed by this but I haven't tried with other encoder option yet to prove this. (didn't check for how many minutes I had as well)

If you able to test with other hardware/software encoder such as Nvidia NVENC and AMD AMF or software x264 (high cpu usage), let me know if you don't get disconnection issues.

Also, include your log files if possible. When you livestreaming again and it get disconnected again, get the log file right away.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

PS. I'm having an issue with newer OBS 24 and above with Intel Quick Sync livestreaming to Facebook Live and I hope I also get the answer.
This can be an issue with Intel Quick Sync as the encoder with OBS to Facebook Live
