Question / Help Has OBS Updated & Made It Harder To Stream?! BAD FPS

I Know I Know i have no where close to a decent pc for streaming but thats besides that fact that i could stream 720p 60FPS Fortnite gameplay 1 week ago! One day before that week i hoped on my pc and realized that it said high encoding cpu usage warning obs, And this really worried me because i have never seen this pop-up before.. Then just running the game that i wanted it ran normally.. Something changed with the program... \
