Has anyone experienced this issue?

I'm having trouble with VLC screen showing in the scene window. It's like when I add it to the scene, it resizes to parameters only in the upper left corner. I can't grab it and resize to fit the window. I'm also using my scene window as 1080x1920 but it even does this when I open in 1920x1080. I'm running Windows 10 64 . Anyone has this problem and if so how do you fix? Thanks guys.

You need to edit the properties of your source add media files to the playlist, and it will autoresize to the video it currently plays. The VLC video source you added is a media source (its main advantage over the regular media source is the ability to use a playlist instead of just a single file), it's not a capture source for capturing some extra running VLC window.
