Question / Help Hardware Specs for 1080p streaming to YouTube

I live stream a long show to YouTube, which uses a single image-source, a Logitech C-390 webcam. I am currently using Google Hangouts On-Air, which does the encoding for me, so I'm not encoding on my computer. I want to start doing the encoding with OBS, so I can improve the quality, remove the Google watermark in the corner, and ideally stream in 1080p. 60fps might be nice, but 30fps is really sufficient.

My laptop cannot handle this encoding, so I'm looking at buying a new desktop specifically for live streaming. Can anyone recommend a pre-built PC that is under $800, and would reliably stream in 1080p? I would also like it to function as quietly as possible.

Will this be good for my purposes?

For your needs I would look into Intel i5 Builds GPU doesnt have to be fancy, for RAM everything with 8GB+ is more than sufficient.

Even though the FX6300 should do the Trick I would not recommend it.

I personally would take your Time and build the PC on your own, since Prices of pre configured Systems are horrible.

Equal Build to the IBP one but far less. (no useless Watercooler for your specific case)

That is helpful info. Someone else recommended to me an i7 quad-core or better. Since I may also want to do HD video editing, I wonder if it might be worth it.

Yes defenitly worth it but concerning your Budget I didnt really mention it.
