I am wanting to stream video footage taken from a drone , or rc Airplane. At the ground level my video reciever has a video out option, but only outputs to good ole fashion rca jacks ( video feed is pretty low quality) Would i be able to use a capture card and obs to stream to a facebook or youtube channel? If so are there any precautions or reccomendations? I was honestly thinking of purchaseing a cheapo capture card due to the fact that my video is not of high quality anyway.

Don't forget to apply deinterlacing filter in OBS Studio (probably your output is interlaced source).
