Question / Help Hardware Encoding not available

I just updated obs to the latest version, and there isn't an option for hardware encoding. Is this intentional?

Ensure you have the latest drivers installed

I have the same problem.
I just updated my OBS Studio installation and now the hardware encoding option is missing.
It was working before.
The drivers of my AMD Radeon R9 380 are up to date, I checked that.
I also restarted my computer - nothing.
I'm out of ideas.

It seems AMD only released 18.2.1 for WIndows 7 and Windows 10, Windows 8.1 has no Adrenaline to be found

Weird...
I will try to install those drivers manually. Wish me luck.
I also reinstalled OBS Studio and deleted the config files after that it had a dark theme that it didn't have before.

The newest update (V.21.1.0) fixed it again.
