Hardware Encoder

I want to take the hard work of my Pc's I use obs to lighten the load I would like a hardware encoder so that I can use more of my obs resources ,
it would be great if it could live stream rtms to 3 minimum platforms 4 would be great, and because I am a pensioner (71 years) price is king
200euros or less would be great, help the aged me thanks to you all
 
Hardware encoders including NVENC and QSV use dedicated hardware/core.

Are you looking for an expansion card that's completely dedicated to encoding?
