Hardware encoder in windows bootcamp

Hello I would like to ask if you would be able to use the GPU's encoder here in OBS if you use windows. Because in macOS you are not able to use it so I was wondering if using windows through bootcamp would help.

I have the MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019) with 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 and Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB

Even the 580X on the Mac Pro doesn't work usably in Linux. No idea about Windows. Moving to Linux or Windows and connecting an NVIDIA eGPU via Thunderbolt might, though. (You may or may not get better quality, of course.)

But what are you trying to do encoding-wise that a current MBP can't handle? Just curious about your configuration goals.
