Hardware Acceleration makes OBS Crash

Hi,
I've been having this issue for months where I will be streaming using hardware acceleration, and then the stream will randomly crash, but OBS stays open, showing 0 kb/s. When trying to stop streaming via OBS, OBS itself will crash. When the program closes, I have to go into task manager to exit out of all the OBS processes before I can open it again. I've used DDU multiple times for a clean GPU driver install, and this issue still happens.
I use an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core and a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 6gb on Windows 10 64-bit for streaming, along with OBS.live for OBS.
Attached are my stream settings and the log file of the crash. Let me know if you need any other info.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi. I meant Hardware Encoding, instead of acceleration. Sorry, I'm not very good with tech terminology.
