Hardware accelerated GPU scheduler - Warzone plane into BUG

The weird bug happens when HAGS on in windows 10 (20H2 ver.) in warzone ONLY with GAME CAPTURE, when capture full desktop everything is ok
Nvidia drivers that i tested were - 461.09, 460.89, 457.51 on every of this driver bug processing the same way - the plane intro scene in warzone is Flickering

i am reporting a bug that exists, i am not questioning for how to fix this, i submitting a bug report for developers to fix this

Finally got fixed! But i dont know because of what it is either obs 27.0 version fix or windows 21h1 version update witjh the fix but anyway finally it is working properly!
