Question / Help Hard lag in stream

Hello , i have ~ 14 on download and 0.80 in upload. I put 680 on bitrate settings and 408 on buffer size settings ( estimator values ) but i have hard lag in game ( ~ 150ms ). I stream in 480p. You can help me pls :3 Thx !

My settings : PC

i5 3570 3.4 ghz.
amd radeon hd 7970 oc 3go.
8 go ram.
window 7.

My connection :

~ 14 Download.
~ 0.80 Upload.

You need to add the audio bitrate (usually 128 kbps) ontop of the 680 kbps of video bitrate resulting in roughly 808 kbps of total upstream which saturates your complete connection.

Lower the audio bitrate (maybe 64) and your video bitrate a bit further and you might be able to do it.

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.
