Question / Help Happauge HDPVR won't show in window capture??

Good afternoon. I am trying to stream using OBS and when I go to add my HDPVR2 as a window capture, it doesn't give me the option. Like it literally doesn't give me anything about the happauge in the drop down bar. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any guidance!

You need to load the software that came with your HDPVR, like ArcSoft Media or HauppageCapture...

When your HDPVR is turned on and receiving a signal, you will be able to add a window in OBS :)
