Question / Help Handle streaming from another PC

I wanted to know if you can handle streaming from another PC, that would be very comfortable if my friend and I play from a different computer could modify the setting. You say that you can?

OBS Remote doesn't let you modify stream settings, though...just change scenes, change volume levels and start/stop streaming. I'm not even sure that's what he's looking for.

Oh. Well, Remote Desktop or TeamViewer can let you control someone else's PC remotely
