The bitrate is a big thing for me, Im doing youtube and I wanna have fun, but that's hard when the gameplay is a bit laggy, I can make a video to go over the settings but here is the stuff I kinda think is the problems...

OUTPUT:
CPU usage preset higher=less CPU- very fast.
bit rate-15,000

Video-

Base (Canvas) 1366x768
Output (scaled) resolution 1366x768
Downscale-filter: Bicubic (Sharpened scaling,16 samples.)
common FPS value- 60

Disable Aero- UNCHECKED.

I might add more stuff, but please help, I just wanna do youtube and heard great stuff from this Program! =D

Are you streaming, or only looking to record?
Only to record for youtube, I want to do 720p 60fps, I think my PC is capable of it... I can link my youtube channel for some attemps and examples of why.... or some examples of previous attempts, but anyways I looked I think on youtube, on the forums... oh gosh, I just want smooth 720p 60fps gameplay.. i've been spending all day trying to figure out where I messed up...

so yeah recording only I think.

Use the recording quality presets under Settings > Output when in Simple output mode. In the recording section, change the Recording Quality to Indistinguishable Quality, and then select your encoder.

Tried using AMD encoder once or twice but it crashed, should I link a log? Also I actually am trying to do it in

Output>advanced>CBR>10k bitrate or so.

And something like that, I tried recording h1z1 gameplay once and it was horrible, it lagged so much and somehow I got it to record in 1080p... but oh lord if it really is that simple.... if what you said is actually how to record in 720p.... god bless you... you wouldnt believe how many people I've come across messing around in the advanced setting just trying to record in 720p.. God bless you good sir.
