Hall of mirrors problem please help

Hello there.
I am a complete rookie for using obs and twitch and I need major help please.

Ok as the title says, I am having problems with my twitch and obs via the hall of mirrors effect.
I request to anyone willing to help to send a step by step tutorial with pictures or send a video to fix the problem.

let me paint you a slightly better picture.
When I am sending a test alert on my obs, I see and here 2 of the same clip I want to use.
PLUS I have went to settings to hide ob windows from screen capture but no dice still
