Question / Help H264 Codec no longer working

So there's a H246 codec on OBS studio which i used to use a lot until it stooped working, after reinstalling 4 times and removing all files manually as well. its still not working, when i press record it doesn't it just sits there, doesn't start recording. same for streaming, press the stream button, doesnt work. any help on this matter? its a huge paiun because i prefare OBS over AMD ReLive but my CPU sucks so i result in using the h 264 to make my PC stream/record easier

If you ues AMD VCE you have to update AMD GPU drivers and AMD Encoder plugin for OBS

I have the lastest drivers and i used the .exe of that plugin just 5 mins ago and still wont let me use record or stream button

there is no log file, it wont let me start anything to get a log file sadly, im going to try unintslaling and reinstalling one more time, thanks for your help and patience ill reply when everything is back

ok fresh install of obs studio and that plugin, my r9 390X supports vce 2.0 still not letting me record or stream

Reinstall agfain. The `plugin has ben actualized.
